Coverage

EnergyAlphaCo organizes company research by thesis, update type and sector theme.

Each covered company will eventually include some or all of the following research formats:

The Thesis Audit — full company-level investment thesis, valuation work, scenario analysis and thesis breakers.

After the Print — earnings reviews focused on what changed in the thesis, valuation and monitoring scorecard.

Commodity to Equity — commodity-price and macro sensitivity translated into company-level cash flow and per-share value.

Research Note Under Review — analysis of third-party theses, analyst assumptions or market narratives.

Energy Scorecard — ongoing monitoring of key operating, financial and commodity indicators.

Initial Coverage Areas

Comstock Resources — CRK
Natural gas, Haynesville, Western Haynesville, LNG demand, power demand, leverage and free cash flow.

Atlas Lithium — ATLX
Lithium, critical minerals, project development, financing risk, dilution and commodity-price sensitivity.

Select Special Situations
Occasional non-energy companies where the valuation, balance sheet or cash-flow setup is unusually interesting and can be analyzed using the Thesis Audit framework.

Coverage will expand selectively as the research base develops.

Coverage Philosophy

EnergyAlphaCo is not designed to cover everything. The goal is to build a focused research universe and update companies as facts change.

A company may be classified as a watchlist idea, starter position, core holding, high-risk opportunity or exit candidate depending on valuation, risk, balance-sheet quality, commodity sensitivity and thesis progression.

The objective is to help readers understand not only why a security might rise, but what must happen for that expected return to be earned.

Audit the thesis. Follow the cash flow. Measure the outcome.
